From discussions and demos to showcases, every event is led by members of the Grand Rapids community. This year featured 70 unique events, and AEBetancourt was proud to host one of them.   ## Tech Talent 360 Our CEO and founder, Art Betancourt, presented on the topic “Tech Talent 360: A Comprehensive Approach to Attracting and Keeping the Best”. He explored strategies for sourcing and keeping top talent in the tech industry. Since the Great Resignation in 2020, the average tenure has dropped to just 4.1 years, meaning many professionals are likely considering job changes this year. When the crowd was asked, “Which aspects of recruitment have been most improved by technology?”, the most common response was candidate sourcing. Advances in technology have made it easier for recruiters to find ideal candidates, freeing up more time to focus on other critical tasks. AI has also become a valuable tool in this process.
